MARCO RIGOLETTI
Marco Rigoletti graduated from the “G. Verdi” Conservatory in Cuneo in 1988 under the guidance of Gilberto Martini, and in 1989 attended the courses of Pierre Thibaud, Vincenzo Camaglia, Raffi Glaser (Isreal Philharmonic) and Gabriele Cassone at the Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale of Saluzzo. He continued his studies with Giancarlo Parodi, and has attended various seminars, including one with Andrea Dellira. In 1995 he studied at Northwestern University of Chicago with Vincent Cicowitz and Arnold Jacobs.
Marco Rigoletti has collaborated with the Rai National Symphony Orchestra, the Teatro San Carlo Orchestra of Naples, the Pomeriggi Musicali Orchestra of Milan, the “A. Toscanini” Orchestra of Parma, the Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano, the Orchestra Filarmonica ‘900 of Turin and has played with the Teatro Regio Orchestra of Turin for many years.
He performs in various chamber music groups (brass trio, quintet, and decimino), and also plays jazz with numerous concerts in Italy and abroad ( the jazz festivals in Nevers, France and Belgrade) and CD recordings.
Marco Rigoletti plays exclusively YAMAHA instruments.
